The City Attorney's Office was successful in foreclosing a demolition lien and mortgage owed to the City. As a result, the City now owns the real property identified on the Certificate of Title. Please update the Official City Records to reflect City ownership, Mr. Alan Ferri, as Director of the Clearwater Housing and Urban Development Department of the City of Clearwater, will coordinate the use and disposition of the real property.
