against this property on 9/25/87 in the amount of $1,626.00. After numerous requests
for payment, Mr, Tomlinson agreed to deliver the enclosed Warranty Deed in lieu of
foreclosure by the City, As a result, please record the enclosed original Warranty Deed
in the public records of Pinellas County and cancel Lien MHC-61. Additionally, please
add this real property to the city owned real property records held by the City Clerk's
