The original Certificate of Title is enclosed for the above-referenced real property which
was acquired by the City of Clearwater at Foreclosure Sale on March 17, 1999. The
City Attorney's Office was successful in foreclosing on the Certificates of Indebtedness
and mortgage owed to the City. As a result, the City now owns the real property
identified on the Certificate of Title. Please update the Official City Records to reflect
City ownership.
Mike Holmes, as Assistant Director of the Clearwater Housing and Urban Development
Department of the City of Clearwater, will coordinate the use and disposition of the real
property. Please contact my office if you need any additional documentation.
