Attached for official City records is the original County Deed dated December 23, 1997
conveying the referenced real property (a vacant residential lot) from County to City
ownership. Title vested with the County by escheat, and has been conveyed to the City
pursuant to Section 197.592, Florida Statutes,
A copy of the deed will be maintained in the Public Works Department official records
files and Tom Mahony will enter the property onto the City atlases,
It is doubtful the property will have utility for any City department. I would ask Alan
Ferri to note the ownership and determine if CNHS would be interested in the lot for its
1nfiB Housing Program pending appropriate Commission action,
I am also forwarding the Drainage & Utility Easement given the City by James T. Walker
and Margaret Watkins Word, Trustee, that was re-recorded due to a scrivener's error. I
will ask Tom Mahony to note the latest record information on the City's sanitary atlas,
