Re: Purchase of property located at

Dear Mr. Stewart:
In your absence I have had a conference with Mr. Gerald B.
Weimer and Mr. Parmer, and have visited and examined the subject
property owned by the City of Clearwater.
On behalf and at the direction of Glenn W. Hirleman, joined
by his wife, Zelda K., I am authorized to make this offer. The Hirle-
mans will purchase the property located at 1169 Rus sell St., Clear-
water, for the sum of $3,500.00, provided the City will replace the
broken glass in the windows and make any repairs necessary to put
the property in usual shape.
The purpose of the purchase of this property by my clients
is to resell it to Mrs. Jessie Lyons for her home on such terms as
she will be able to pay so that ultimately she can become the owner
of the site.
Of course, this offer is made upon a showing of clear title
by the City of Clearwater, and if it is accepted, we are ready to
complete the transaction at any time.
