THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this

February, A. D. 1972, by and between SHIRLEY W. CURTIS and GRESSNE~
W. CURTIS, his wife, hereinafter referred to as "Owner" and the CITY OF
CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred
to as "Purchaser";
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater requires property hereinafter
des cribed as right of way for construction and maintenance of an authorized
street and said Purchaser is required to furnish same for such purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other
good and valuable considerations, it is agreed as follows:
1. The Owner agrees to sell and convey, by good and sufficient
warranty deed, free of liens and encumbrances, except as herein otherwis e
indicated, unto the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation,
the following described land in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
The East 10 feet of the South 1/2 of Lot 31 of an unnumbered
block of Palm Park Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 4,
Page 86 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
at and for the sum of $530.00, net to Owner.
2. Purchaser shall pay said sum in cash within thirty (30) days
from date hereof upon simultaneous delivery of such deed of conveyance.
3. This agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, pers onal
repres entatives, executors, succes s ors and ass igns of the parties hereto.
