DOROTHY F.
LEWIS, his wife, hereinafter referred to as "Owner'!
and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation,
hereinafter referred to as lIPurchaserl';
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater requires property hereinafter
described as right of way for construction and maintenance of an authorized
street and said Purchaser is required to furnish same for such purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other
good and valuable considerations, it is agreed as follows:
1. The Owner agrees to sell and convey, by good and sufficient
warranty deed, free of liens and encumbrances, except as herein otherwise
indicated, unto the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation,
the following described land in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:

Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 86 of
the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida,
of which Pinellas County was formerly a part,

3. Purchaser agrees that if, in the widening of North Greenwood
Avenue, it is necessary to raze any part of the existing frame cottages on
said property, that Purchaser will demolish the entire structure at its
expense.
4. This agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, personal
representatives, executors, successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused these presents
to be executed in their respective names, in duplicate, on the date first
above written.
