as Purchaser:
WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the payments and covenants
herein provided, and other good and valuable considerations,
Seller agrees to sell and Purchaser agrees to buy the following
described real estate situate in Pinellas County, Florida,
to wit:
That portion of Lots 6 and 7, Block "B", Norwood
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 79
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of said Lot 6;

The total purchase price for said property shall
be the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) net, payable
at the times and in the manner following:
(a) Two Hundred and fifty Dollars ($250.00) received
as bid deposit, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged.
(b) Two hundred and fifty Dollars ($250.00) due
and payable after acceptance by the City
Commission.
(c) Balance of four thousand and five hundred
Dollars due and payable at closing, which
closing shall be on or before April 4, 1983.
IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, Seller agrees to convey
said property to Purchaser by good and sufficient Fee Simple
Deed, with a fee simple, marketable title, free and clear of
all encumbrances of record.
Purchaser shall at his own expense pay all costs
including title insurance, survey, recording deed and the
documentary stamps to be placed thereon.
This Agreement shall be binding on the respective
person representatives, heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the parties hereto.

March, A. D. 1983, by and between PAUL W. JACKSON, 723 Bay Esplanade,
Clearwater, Florida 33515, hereinafter referred to as Purchaser, and
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
referred to as Seller;
WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the payments and covenants herein provided,
and other good and valuable considerations, Seller agrees to sell and Purchaser
agrees to buy the following described real estate situate in Pinellas County,
Florida, to wit:
Lots 63 thru 68, inclusive, Drew Park Subdivision,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 3, page 40 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, less and except right-of-way dedicated
for Myrtle Avenue, Jones Street and Drew Street lying
within Section 10, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
Pinellas County, Florida.
The total purchase price for said property shall be the sum of
Fifty- seven Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-two Dollars ($57,352.00) net,
payable at the times and in the manner following:
(a) Two Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-seven and 60/100
Dollars ($2,867.60) received as bid deposit, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged.
(b) Two Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-seven and 60/100
Dollars ($2,867.60) due and payable upon execution of
this Agreement.
(c) Balance of Fifty-one Thousand Six Hundred Sixteen and
80/100 Dollars ($51,616.80) due and payable at closing,
which closing shall be on or before sixty (60) days from date hereof.
IN CONSIDERA TIONtW:HEREOF, Seller agree s to convey said
property to Purchaser by good and sufficient Fee Simple Deed, with a fee
simple, marketable title, free and clear of all encumbrances of record.
Purchaser shall at his own expense pay all costs including title

It is recognized that the underlying zoning on the subject property
is Downtown Development District; however, Purchaser agrees that he
may only place on the property those uses that would be recognized as being
consistent with the ProfessionaL Services Distrid and the Downtown Development
District when looked at together. All of the requirements apart from
usage shall be covered by the criteria set out in the Downtown Development
District.
This Agreement shall be binding on the respective personal
representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, succes sors and
assigns of the parties hereto.
