AMENDMENT TO PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT made and entered into this

day of June, 1984, by and between J. F. MYERS, WILLIAM A. OTT,
JR. and ALEXANDER PLISKO, JR., a Partnership, 1405 Cleveland
Street, Clearwater, Florida 33515, hereinafter referred to as
Purchasers, and CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, hereinafter referred to as Seller;
WIT N E SSE T H :
WHEREAS, purchasers and Seller entered into a purchase and sale
agreement dated March 22, 1984, relating to the property described
it
ln the agreement; and
WHEREAS, such agreement provided that it is to be closed within
ninety (90) days of the execution of such agreement; and
WHEREAS, Purchasers need an extension of the closing date to
July 31, 1984, in order to close on their financing for the
project;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Purchasers and Seller agree that the
purchase and sale agreement dated March 22, 1984, may be amended
as follows:
That the closing date contained in such agreement is hereby
extended from June 22, 1984, to July 31, 1984.
In all other respects the purchase and sale agreement dated
March 22, 1984, is hereby ratified and confirmed.

referred to as Purchasers, and CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as Seller;
WIT N E SSE T H
That in consideration of the payments and covenants herein
provided, and other good and valuable considera ti ons Seller agrees
to sell and Purchasers agree to buy the following described real
estate situate in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 63 thru 68, inclusive, Drew Park Subdivision,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 3, page 40 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, less and except right-of-way dedicated
for Myrtle Avenue, Jones Street and Drew Street lying
within Section 10, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
Pinellas County, Florida.
The total purchase price for said property shall be the sum
of Fifty-seven Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($57,300.00) net,
payable at the times and in the manner following:
(a) Two Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-five Dollars
($2,865.00) received as earnest money deposit,
receibt of which is hereby acknowledged.
(b) Two Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-five Dollars
($2,865.00) due and payble upon full execution of
this Agreement.
(c) Balance of Fifty-one Thousand Five Hundred and
Seventy Dollars ($51,570.00) due and payable at
closing,
which closing shall be within ninety (90) days of execution of
this Agreement.
Purchasers agree that all deposit money paid to the Seller
shall be forfeited should the Purchasers fail to close this
transaction by the date herein specified.

IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, Seller agrees ~o convey said
property to Purchasers by good and sufficient Fee Simple Deed,
with a fee simple, marketable title, free and clear of all
encumbrances of record.
Purchasers shall at their own expense pay all costs including
title insurance, survey, recording deed and the documentary stamps
to be placed thereon.
This Agreement shall be binding on the respective personal
representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, successors
and assigns of the parties hereto.
