AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE OF REAL ESTATE 'I. lA' THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this '4 day of ~ , A.D. 1984, by and between WARD HOMES, INCORPORATED, ~corporation, of 585-E Duncan Street, Clearwater, Florida 33515, hereinafter referred to as Purchaser, and CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as Seller; WIT N E SSE T H : That in consideration of the payments and covenants herein provided, and other good and valuable considerations, Seller agrees to sell and Purchaser agrees to buy the following described real estate situate in Pinells County, Florida, to wit: Lots 6 and 7, Block G, of the Fairmont Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 9, page 85 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. The total purchase price for said property shall be the sum of Eight Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($8,100.00) net, payable at the times and in the manner following: (a) Four Hundred and Five Dollars ($405.00) received as earnest money deposit, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. (b) Four Hundred and Five Dollars ($405.00) due and payable upon full execution of this Agreement. (c) Balance of Seven Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Dollars ($7,290.00) due and payable at closing, which closing shall be within ninety days of the date of approval. Purchaser agrees that all deposit money paid to the Seller shall be forfeited should the Purchaser fail to close this transaction by the date herein specified. IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, Seller agrees to convey said property to Purchaser by good and sufficient Fee Simple Deed, with a fee simple, marketable title, free and clear of all encumbrances of record.
