AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE OF REAL ESTATE
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this

, A.D., 1985, by and between the CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as Seller, and
RAYBON R. CURTIS, Post Office Box 726, Clearwater, Florida, 33517, hereinafter
referred to as Purchaser.
WITNESSETH:
That 1n consideration of the payments and covenants herein provided,
and other good and valuable considerations, Seller agrees to sell and
Purchaser agrees to buy the following described real estate situate 1n
pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
The south 38 feet of Lot 12, less road on the east of
I. A. Mason's Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 12,
of the Public Records of pinellas County, Florida.
The total purchase price for said property shall be the sum of Two
Thousand and One Hundred Dollars ($2,100.00) net, payable at the times
and 1n the manner following:
(a) One Hundred and Five Dollars ($105.00) received as bid
deposit, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.
(b) One Hundred and Five Dollars ($105.00) due and payable
after acceptance by the City Commission
(c) Balance of One Thousand and Eight Hundred and Ninety Dollars
($1,890.00) due and payable at closing.
which closing shall be within sixty (60) days of execution of this
Agreement. Said closing to be held at the office of the City Attorney,
112 South Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, Florida.
Purchasers agree that all deposit money paid to the Seller shall
be forfeited should the Purchasers fail to close this transaction by the

IN CONSIDERATION, WHEREOF, Seller agrees to convey said property to
Purchaser by good and sufficient Fee Simple Deed, with a fee simple,
marketable title, free and clear of all encumbrances of record.
Purchaser, shall at its own expense pay all costs including title
1nsurance, survey, recording deed and the documentary stamps to be
placed thereon.
This Agreement shall be binding on the respective personal representa-
tives, heirs, executors, administrators, successors and ass1gns of the
parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hand and seals
