WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the said second party, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release
and quit-Claim unto the said second party forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has in
and to the following described land situate, lying and being in the
County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

forever, subject to the City commission of the second party waiving
those certain certificates of Indebtedness to the City of
Clearwater as recorded in O.R. Book 8017, Page 904, O.R. Book 8175,
Page 2224, and O.R. Book 8644, Page 1986, along with any and all
accrued interest and other fees whatsoever; and subject to payment
by the second party of all 1994 ad valorem taxes, having a March,
1995 gross amount due of $67.18, together with any additional
interest and expenses related thereto, and subj ect to any ad
valorem taxes due for 1995 or thereafter.
SUBJECT TO APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF THIS CONVEYANCE by the
Clearwater City Commission, the second party covenants with the
first party that the property conveyed herein shall be used for the
purposes of establishing a conservation easement, or for right-of-
way purposes, or for any other municipal purpose as may be
determined by the City commission of the second party to be in the
interests of the health, safety or welfare of its citizens.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has caused these

had a Phase I commercial environmental audit performed at a cost of
$1,095.00. *Lien forgiveness included in purchase price.
