Between THE BOARD OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION OF PINELLAS COUNTY,
a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida FLORIDA~
having its principal place of business in the County of Pinellas and
State of Florida party of the first part, and
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation,
whose Post Office address is PO Box 1348, Clea rwater,
of the County of Pinellas and State of Florida

for a point of beginning; thence run Northerly 1146,89 feet to a point of ending,
said point of ending being the center of Holt Avenue right of way as described
in Deed Book 1515, page 82, as recorded in Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, and further described as being 305,8 feet West of the center line of
Fairburn Avenue measured along the center line of Engman Street and said
center line extended, as recorded in Plat of Fairburn Addition, Plat Book
12, page 18, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, less right of way
of Palmetto Street. (This property is deeded for right of way purposes only,)
