WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater requires property hereinafter des-
scribed as right~of-way for construction and maintenance of an authorized
city, county or state street or highway and said purchaser is required to

by aCknowledged, it is agreed as follows:
(a) The Owner agrees to sell and convey, by good and sufficient war-
ranty deed, f'ree of liens and encumbrances, except as herein otherwise in..
dicated, unto the City of Clearwater, a municipal corporation, the follcw-
ing described, land in Pinella s County; Florida, to-wit ~
and the Owner hereby further agrees to furnish title insurance acceptable
to the Purchaser,

21, page 80 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, less the S 10 feet of said Lot 14,

purchase contract dated February 2, 1961,
in captioned matter to read: "on or before
60 days" from date of contract. I explained

St. Petersburg phase of the matter before the
expiration of 60 days.
