THIS DEED MADE AND ENTERED INTO this d).-ro:!!:-
day of May, 1961, between WILMER L. COMSTOCK, the duly
consUtuted and appointed Mn1iniatrator of the estate of Annie
Lee Comstock, deceased, late of said county, as Party of the
First Part, and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporation, as Party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH:
That on the 23rd day of May, 1961, upon the Petition
of the Party of the First Part, the Honorable Ray E. Ulmer,
County Judge in and for said county, granted to Party of the First
Part leave to sell the lands of the said Annie Lee Comstock, de-
ceased, to the City of Clearwater, at private sale, for the purpose
of allowing the City of Clearwater, Florida, to widen Drew Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing
and in further consideration of the sum of $800.00 purchase money
paid at and before the sealing and delivery of this deed, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, the Party of the First Part has sold
and conveyed and does hereby sell and convey unto the said City of
Clearwater, all that tract or parcel of land situated in the County of
Pinellas and State of Florida, described as follows:
