Dear Sir:
In accordance with your request the undersigned has examined
Abstract No. 9155, prepared by Pinellas County Title Company and last
certified to date of May 7, 1964, containing 12 pages.
Subject to persons in adverse possession, reservations and
restrictions of record, any statement of facts which a competent survey
would reveal and the zoning laws of the City of Clearwater, it appears
that the marketable title is vested in A. T. SMITH and HELEN F.
SMITH, his wife.
A warranty deed, properly executed by A. T. Smith and Helen F.
Smith, his wife, to the City of Clearwater would pass title subject to
the foregoing exceptions and objections.

Dear Mr. Smith:
With reference to the settlement of the transaction between you and Mrs.
Helen L. Smith, your wife, and the City of Clearwater , whereby the City
of Clearwater purchases that cert ain part of your property particularly
described in the Agreement for Purchase and Sale of Real Estate dated
May 27, 1964, it is hereby understood and agreed that you and your wife,
Helen L. Smith, accept and recognize the permanent record markers
(concrete monuments) designating the East right of way line of North
Myrtle Avenue as presently located on the following described properties,
to which you and your wife now hold title:
Lot 7 in Block "A", NORWOOD, as recorded in Plat Book
5, page 79 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, 'Florida.
Lots 4 and 5, First Addition, BAY VIEW HEIGHTS, as recorded
in Plat Book 8, page 32 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida.
