QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE~ made this 1")- day of July, A.D. ,1949, between
EDWARD ELWOOD, "~G and CURTIS CLAYTON, as Trustees of Carpenter's
Local Union #1275, Clearwater, Florida~ of the County of Pinellas and
state of Florida~ parties of the first part~ and CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, a Municipal Corporation, of the County of Pinellas and State
of Florida, party of the Second part,
WITNESSETH~ that the said parties of the first part~ for and
in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged, has remised, released and quit-cla1med, and by these
presents does remise, release and quit-cla~unto the said party of the
second part, and its successors, heirs and assigns forever~ all the
right, title, 1nterest~ claim and demand which the said parties of the
first part have in and to the following described lots~ pieces or par-
eels of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas, state
of Florida, to-wit:
Begin at a Permanent Reference Monument which is located
thirty-three <:33) feet East and thirty (30) feet South of
the Northwest corner of tbeNortheast Quarter (NEi) of the

Range 15 East, run South 0 degrees 8 minutes (008') East

East five hundred thirty (530) feet for p.o.b.; thence run
South one hundred thirty (130) feet, thence East fifty (50)

run West fifty (50) feet to p.o.b., being a part of Tract
"DfI NEW COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION, as recorded in plat b,ook 20,
at page 64 of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
