WHEREAS the Circuit Oourt of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of
the state of Florida in and for Pinellas County, in Chancery, on
the 18th day of September, 1933, among other things, ordered, ad-
judged and decreed in that certain cause then pending in said Court
wherein City of Clearwater, a municipal corpora,tion, was Complain-
ant, and Del Oro Groves~ Inc., a corporation, P. Phillips and others
were defendants, that the premises described in said decree,and here-

in particularly described, be sold at public auction a1ter first
giving notice as required by said decree of the time and place of
sale in some newspaper of general circulation published in Pinellas
County, Florida, and,
WHEREAS the said Ra.lph E. Richards did, on the 7th day of May,
1934, sell at public auction the said premises and lands hereinafter
particularly described after due notice had been given by publication
of the time and place of sale with a description of the lands to be
sold, agreeable to the decree aforesaid, at which sale the said
lands hereinafter described were sold to the Parties of the Second
