THIS INDENTURE made and entered into this .2/ - day of

"BINSON inc1ividUally, Joined by his wite, 'PAULlrlE ROBINSON,
parties of the tirst part, and CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a Florida
municipal corporation ot Pinellas County, Florida, party of the second
part, WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the sum ot Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, the parties of the first part have bargained,
sold and conveyed and do by these presents bargain, sell and convey
unto the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns,
all of its right, title and interest in and to the following described
real property in the City of Clearwater: and State of Florida, to-wit:
All of Del Oro Groves, a subdivision of
Clearwater, Florida, as recorded in Plat
Book 12, page 2, Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, including platted streets,
save and except Lots Twenty (20) to Eighty-
four (84) inclusive, as snown by said plat.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the said party of the second part,
its successors and assigns forever in fee simple.
This conveyance is specifically made suoJect to any and
all outstanding liens of every nature, kind and description which may
be against said property, and part~es of the tirs_part warrant title
only as against themselves and parties claiming by, through or under
them. It is the intention of the parties of the first part to convey
hereby only such interest as they may have in and to the above des-
cribed property, and not generally to warrant the title.
As a part of the consideration hereof, the party of the

second part does hereby agree and covenant for itself, its successors
and assigns, that it will never vacate that part of Monterey Avenue
lying north of San Jose Street, and that it will never vacate that part
of San Jose street lying between Monterey Avenue on the west and Bay
Shore Boulevard on the east. It is understood, however, that party of
tne second part has already removed the paving, the curbing, and other
improvements formerly placed on Monterey Avenue and San Jose Street, and
this provision shall not be construed as preventing party of the second
part from completing the removal of the improvements trom these streets,
or obligating it to replace any ot the improvements already removed;
the purpose of this provision being to assure the parties of the first
part that the streets above described shall always remain open as public
rights-ot-way for use by the public, but not to guarantee that said
streets will ever 'be paved or otherwise improved. Party of the second
part further agrees and covenants that Bay Shore Boulevard will never
be Vacated,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.

then and there before me that they executed said deed.

private examination, taken and made in the aoove named State and County
b~ and before me, separately and apart from her said husband, did this
day acknowledge before me, an officer authorized to take acknowledgments

and without_any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband.
