PROMISSORY NOTE

For value received, PHILBERT A. CURNOW and JANET
M. CURNOW, his wife, the makers, hereby promise to pay to
F. M. TENNY and EVAW. TENNY, his wife, or order, the principal
sum of FOURTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($14,500.00)
DOLLARS, with interest from date of 6% per annum on total amount,
payable to Savings Account #5169 in the name of Fay M. Tenny and
Eva W. Tenny, in care of First National Bank of Delray Beach,
Florida, or such other place as the holder may designate in writing,
in installments as follows:
Nineteen (19) quarterly payments of $480.00
each, including interest of 6% per annum, and
one final payment at expiration of five (5) years
from date for remaining balance of principal
and interest.
The maker may pay any part or all of the unpaid principal at any time
before due without payment of penalty therefor.

due, the entire unpaid principal shall become due without notice at
the option of the holder, and failure to exercise that option shall not
