Dear Mrs. Hole:
Previously, you expressed the concerns of the Del Oro Civic
Association regarding the land donated by the Kapok Tree Inn,
Inc. which will be developed as a Performing Arts Center for
the members of our community.
The City Commission has asked that I correspond with the area
associations and assure them that traffic ingress and egress to
the subject property will be limited to a special access road
which will be constructed from McMullen-Booth Road. The
adjoining residential areas will be buffered with fencing and
plantings. The only exception to this may be a limited access
to be used only by emergency vehicles if required.
I appreciate your consideration in this matter and request that
you call me if you have any concerns.

of such donation and acceptance thereof by Grantee as set
forth in Resolution No. 77-133of The City of Clearwater duly
adopted on December 28, 1977, which conditions shall constitute
a covenant running with the land and enforceable in perpetuity.
