This Corrective Quit Claim Deed is given to correct a scrivener's error in the legal
description contained in that certain Quit Claim Deed given by Grantor to Grantee, dated
August 18, 1997, recorded September 4, 1997 in O.R. Book 9827, Page 1501, Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises, with the appurtenances,
unto Grantee, and its successors and assigns, forever.
