STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF PINELLAS
I, Marv Kathrvn Diana, Assistant city Clerk of the City of
Clearwater, being first duly sworn, st<;t.t_e that the following motion
is a transcript from the March 2~"7IIA;'~L993, duly noticed Special
Meeting of the Clearwater City commission regarding the purchase of
the Sun Bank (Atrium) Property:
commissioner Fitzgerald moved that the City commission
approve the Sale-Purchase Agreement between Maria Real
Estate Inc. and the City of Clearwater for the purchase
of the Atrium at Clearwater Square property and that the
City Manager and the City Attorney be authorized and
directed to take all action reasonably necessary and
consistent with the contract to close the transaction as
expeditiously as possible and that all appropriate
officials be authorized to execute the same.
Commissioner Hodges seconded the motion. Upon the vote
being taken, Commissioners Fitzgerald and Hodges and
Mayor Garvey voted "aye;" Commissioners Berfield and
Deegan voted "nay." Motion carried.
Further affiant sayeth naught.
The foregoing instrument was acknowledged
day of March, 1993, by Mary Kathryn Diana, who
