and a fee simple deed (gift deed) from Ben and Wilma Krentzman and
William M. MacKenzie conveying property at 227 South Garden Avenue
to the City.
Also enclosed for City records are the affidavits of John A.
Krentzman, Wilma Krentzman and William MacKenzie regarding the
dissolving of the Kremac Corporation, a previous owner of the
property.
