business at Clearwater, Florida,
hereinafter called the grantor, to
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation,
whose postoffice address is P. O. Box 4748, Clearwater, Florida 33518,
hereinafter called the grantee:

valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in Pinellas
County, Florida, viz:
Starting at the S. W. corner of Lot 13, Block 18, of Gould and Ewing
Second Addition to Clearwater Harbor, Florida, as recorded in Plat
Book 1, Page 52, of the Pu blic Records of Hillsborough County,
Florida, of which Pinellas County was once a part, for a Point of
Beginning, and run thence N 40 12'55" E along the Westerly line of
said Lot 13, 35. 00 feet; thence along a curve to the left with a radius
of 125.00 feet, arc 89.60 feet, chord 87.70 feet, and chord bearing
of S660 30'231'E to the North right-of-way line of Laura Street; thence
run N 890 57144" Walong said right-of-way line 83.00 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
This Deed is given for right-of-way purposes.
