consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable con-
siderations to it in hand paid by the party of the second part, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, grants to the party of the second part
the following described land lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida,

The West 10 feet of the East 12 feet of Lot Two (2), Block
Two (2), A. C. TURNER'S SUBDIVISION, according to map of a
"Plan of Clearwater Harbor, Florida", as recorded in Deed
Book "K", on Page 475 of the Public Records of Hillsborough
County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a
par t ,
AND ALSO That part of Fractional Section 16, Township 29
South, Range 15 East, described as:
Begin in the North line of Block Two (2) of A. C. TURNER'S
SUBDIVISION, which point is in the West boundary of
Osceola Avenue (as formerly located), in the City of Clear-
water, Florida, 1982 feet South of the North boundary of
Fractional Section 16, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
run thence N 89046'25" West, along the North line of said
Block Two (2) a distance of 15 feet for a point of be-
ginning, said point being located on the West boundary of
Osceola Avenue; from the point of beginning thus estab-
lished run thence N 89046'25" West 10 feetj then run North
0019'55" W 150.02 feet; then run N 89017'46" East 10 feet
to the aforementioned West right of way line; then run by
said right of way line South 0019'55" E 150.18 feet M.O.L.

meeting of November 26, 1973.)
11r. Kc:i th Crawford) Traffic Engineer, reported that he had
sent a memo on the subject rc:garding the item and that, in
conjunction Vlith the Pierce Street Extension projc:ct, it \'las
expected tha t Oak Avenue would be closed on the west side of
the CourtHouse, and he recommended that land be obtained to
widen South Osceola Avenue on the ~est side,north of Haven
Street. Mr. :1aurice "Bud" Tritschler, County Engineering
Department, stated that the County was in agreement with the
extra land to widen South Osceola Avenue and that Gordon Gray,
the County Engineer, approved, but naturally it would have the
f~nal approval by the County Commission.
Commissioner Hall moved that Resolution ff73-166 be
passed and adopted approving the vacation requested, and
that the appropriate officials be authorized to execute. it
subject to an agreement Vlith the County for land to widen
South Osceola Avenue. Commissioner Car\.Jise seconded the
motion which carried unanimously.
