THIS INDENTURE, made the 27th day of March A. D. , 1975,
between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, party
of the first part, and PINELLAS COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10. 00 Dollars and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand
paid by said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bar-
gained, sold, conveyed and confirmed unto the said party of the second part, and
to its successors and assigns forever, all the following piece, parcel, lot or tract
of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas and State of Florida,
and described as follows, to-wit:
All of Lot 2 and North 75.0 feet of Lot I, Block 5
Clearwater Harbor, Florida, comprisingA. C.
Turner's Subdivision of part of Section 16, Township
29 South, Range...{!. East, as surveyed April, 1884,
by C. E. Worth, C. S., according to map or plat
thereof as recorded in deed book "K", page 475 of
Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of
which Pinellas County was formerly a part; LESS
the following described tlact; to wit: Start at the
Northeast corner of afore.said Lot 1, for P. O. B.
and run South 000 4}123" ,:ast, 74.85 feet; thence
run North 550 2 }I26" Wes;, 131. 15 feet to the South
line of Haven Street; then::e run North 890 50127"
East along said South line 106.99 feet to the point of
beginning.
This property is conveyed subject to a covenant running with the land which
the Grantee herein agrees to and is h~reafter bound by, to wit: The herein described
property shall be forever used solely for public purposes from the date of this Deed
and if at any. time the property shall cease to be used for said public purpose, then
the property and all improvements shall be caused to be appraised by a competent
appraiser to be selected by the mutual agreement of the Grantee and Grantor herein
and the Grantor shall have the right for a period of six months from the date of receipt
of said appraisal to purchase said property at the appraised price.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereunto belonging or appertaining; and every right, title or interest,
legal or equitable, of the said party of the first part of, in and to the same.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part,
its successors and assigns, to its own proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
THE PARTIES HERETO coven?-nt and agree that said property shall be forever
used solely for public purposes from the date hereof, and if at any time the property
shall ceas e to be used for said purpose, the property and all improvements shall be
appraised by an appraiser to be selected by the mutual agreement of the parties, and
the Grantor herein shall hav.e the right for a period of six (6) months from the date
of the receipt of said appraisal to purchas e said property with payments in full of the
appraised price at the time of closing.

by its Mayor-Commissioner, and approved as to form and correctness by its

in and Vliho executed the foregoing conveyance to PINELLAS COUNTY, a political sub-
division of the State of Florida, and severally acknowledged the execution thereof
to be their free act and deed as such officers thereunto duly authorized; and that
the official seal of said municipal corporation is duly affixed thereto, and the said
conveyance is the act and deed of said corporation.
