Dea r B ill :
You are certainly to be commended for all the work you have done in the
accumulation of property in the downtown area for a civic center. I am
sure you have put forth countless hours in this endeavor, and I want
you to know that First Federal is 100% behind any project that will im-
prove downtown Clearwater, so long as it does not adversely affect the
aesthetic or functional value of our drive-in facil ity at the corner of
Park Street and South Ft. Harrison Avenue.
We would certainly welcome having the patrons of a CIVIC center uti 1 ize
our parking at any time other than the Association's business hours.
