Attached for your information and records is the cover letter and
data package I received from Marilyn Daly of the Property
Appraiser's office regarding a new parcel identification number for
the Harborview Center (16-29-15-57996-000-0030). This new LD.
number combines all or portions of five former parcel I.D. numbers.
This single I.D. number now identifies all of the Harborview Center
property as sketched and legally described in the City's lease with
steinmart.
Combining the parcel numbers required that the bounding parcels on
the north and west be given new legal descriptions as well. All
three of the new descriptions/numbers are color coded for easier
identification. For additional reference, I am attaching copies of
the "Bayfront Shopping Center" aerial, the Harborview Center
Boundary Description and the Harborview Center sketch prepared by
Engineering for the steinmart lease agreement.

thereof as recorded in Plat Book 57, Pages 1 and 2, Public
Records of pinellas County, Florida, for a POINT OF BEGINNING;
run thence S 01026'17" E, 224.38 feet; thence N 89058'26" W,
566.62 feet to a point of curvature; thence along the arc o~a
curve to the right, whose arc is 197.75 feet, whose radius is
679.20 feet, whose chord is N 81037'59" W, 197.06 feet; thence
N 04049'48" W, 189.48 feet; thence N 02039'46"W, 171.34 feet to a
point on a curve; thence along the arc of a curve to the right,

Center is now one parcel. The tax bill will be sent directly to Stein Mart, Inc., as they requested.
When additional leases are in place, other arrangements must be made for the tax bills. Please
provide us with copies of any new leases at Harborview Center as they are signed.
Enclosed is a color-coded map of the new parcels and printouts indicating legal descriptions, land
measurements, and in the case of Harborview Center, building information. I will provide you
with the 1995 ownership screen, complete with values and exemption information, after August
7.
