Attached is copy of Quit-Claim Deed from the City to
S. A. Williams and Audrey K. Williams, his wife, for your
files.
Mr. Kennedy has previously handed you the or~ginal deed
from Horace H. Hamlin, Jr. to the City for recording,
as well as copy of Resolution No. 60-13 in connection with
Pierce Street Extension, as I understand it. Mr. Hamlin
was presented with two checks totaling $7,100.00, for
which we hold a receipt. He also paid for the state and
federal documentary stamps in the amount of $22.45.
