KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned,
the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the state of
Florida, under authority of law, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars, and other good and valuable con-
" sidera tion, to them in hand paid by the CITY OF CLEARWATER, a
municipal corporation, of the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, have granted, bargained and sold, and do by these
presents grant, bargain, sell and convey, unto the said CITY OF
CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation, and its successors and

assigns, the following described lands, to-wit:
A parcel of sovereign land now filled in Section
16, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas
County, Florida, more particularly described as

Commence at the Southeast corner of Block A of
J. R. Davey Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book
1, at Page 87, Public Records of Hillsborough County,
Florida; thence run West along the southerly boundary
of said Block A, 937 feet, more or less, to a point
on the concrete seawall for the P.O.B., which point
is 2650.0 feet, more or less, West of and 1510 feet,
more or less, South of the Northeast Corner of said
Section 16; thence North 30 33' East, 170.55 feet
along said seawall for P.O.B.; thence North 30 33'
East, 20.04 feet; thence West 226.24 feet; thence
South 20.0 feet; thence East 225.0 feet to the P.O.B.
Containing 0.10 acres, more or less.

This deed is granted subject to the following pro-
visions and reservations:
1.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, anything herein to the contrary notwith-
standing, this deed is given and granted upon the express
condition subsequent that the Grantee herein or its successors
and assigns shall never sell or conveyor lease the above de-
scribed land or any part thereof to any private person, firm
or corporation for any private use or purpose, it being the
intention or th1s~e,striction that the said land shall be usedi

solely for public purposes. It is covenanted and agreed that'
the above conditions subsequent shall run with the land and
any violation thereof shall render this deed null and void
and the above described lands, shall in such event, revert
to the Grantors or their successors.

2. The Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund hereby reserve
unto themselves and their successors title to an undivided
three-fourths of all phosphate, minerals and metals and title

to an undivided one-half of all petroleum that maybe in, on
or under the above described land with the privilege to mine
and develop the same.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises and the appurtenances
thereof, subject to the above mentioned provisions and reserva-
tions, unt~ the said CITY OF CLEARWATER, its successors and assigns,
forever.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said Trustees have hereunto
subscribed their names and affixed their seal and have caused
the seal of the DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA
