To the extent that any personal property is canveyed, the Buyer accepts it "as is". 4) The Buyer has read and understands the cl�sing documents, and any questions relating to same have been fully explained. 5) The Suy er has reviewed the survey and/or any othex reports issued in canjunction with this transacrion and accepts and approves the inforrr�arion xevealed by same. Being fully sarisfied in all respects with the settlement of all matters related to the purchase and closin.g above described, Buyer hereby directs Closing Agent to accept the Suyer's check for the closing pxoceeds and to conclude the closing, and to disburse all funds in accordance with the Setdement Statement.
