A porcel of sovereign land now filled in Section 16, Township 29
South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows:

Commence at the Southeast Corner of BLOCK "A" of J. R. Davey Sub-
Division, as recorded in Plat Book 1, at l'age 87, Public Records of
Hillsborough County, Florida; thence run West nlong the southerly
boundary of said BLOCK "A", 937 feet, more or less, to a point on
the concrete seawall, which point is 2,650 feet, more or less, West
of and 1510 feet, more or less, South of the Northeast Corner of I
said Section 16; thence North 3033' Enst, 130.47 feet alone a seawall
for the POB; thence West 513.24 feet;'thence North 7'9.68 feet; thence
East 61.40 feet; thence South 450 East, 27.83 feet; thence East 209.64
feet; thence South 20.0 feet; thence East 225.0 feet; thence South
