THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~3~ay of January,

husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "OWNER", and the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, COUNTY OF PIHELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, hereinafter referred
to as "PURCHASER";

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater requires property hereinafter
described as right-of-way for construction and maintenance of an
authorized city, county or state street or highway and said purchaser
is required to furnish same for such purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other good
and valuable consideration, it is agreed as follows:
(a) The Owner agrees to sell and convey, by good and sufficient
warranty deed, free of liens and encumbrances, except as herein otherwise
indicated, unto the City of Clearwater, a Municipal Corporation, the
following described land in Pine lIas County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 1, less the West 55.2 Feet,
in Block 1 of WALLACE ADDITION
to Clearwater,Florida,as recorded

be left in sucbclean and attractive condition as shall tend to attract
purchasers thereof from the City of Clearwater; AND PROVIDED FURTHER.
that the concrete slab and foundation of the structures on said premises
shall be left intact.
(b) The Purchaser shall pay said sum in the following manner,
to-wit:
$2,150.00 in cash upon the execution and delivery of these
presents, and the balance shall be paid upon delivery of Deed within
thirty (30) days from the date of execution of this Contract.
