KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the un~ersigned,

, the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of
Florida, under authority of law, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars, ($10.00), and other good and
!!valuable considerations, have granted, bargained and sold, and do
by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey, unto SALINE
HOFFPAUIR, of the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, and her
heirs and assigns, the following described lands, to-wit:

Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 2 of Jerford's
and Smoyer's Subdivision of Clearwater, Florida;
thence West 500 feet to the East edge of the
channel of Clearwater Bay; thence Southwesterly
along the East edge of said channel to a point
500 feet West of the Southwest Corner of Lot 2;
thence East 500 feet to the high water mark on
the East shore of Clearwater Bay at the Southwest
Corner of Lot 2; thence Northeasterly along said
high water mark to the Northwest corner of said
Lot 2, the point of beginning first'above de-
scribed. Containing 1.0 acre, more or less,
and lying and being ,in Section 16, Township 29
South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, State of
Florida.

This deed is made for the purpose of clarifying de-
scription in Deed No. 17496 dated January 20, 1926 in favor of
Mrs. E. Gale Jeffords.
SAVING AND RESERVING unto the said Trustees of the
Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida, and their

minerals and metals, and title to an undivided one-half of all

NOTE:
The attached instrument is executed in the name of the
Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund, by a majority
of its members. Signature of all members could not be
secured by reason of absence from the United States of
the member whose Signature is not inscribed. Reference
is made to "27 So. 2nd 524", Watson v. Caldwell in which
the Supreme Court held that a majority of the Trustees
may legally act for the entire Board.
