: DEED NO. 17500-A-SUPPLEMENTAL
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned,
the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of
iiFlorida, under authority of law, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars, ($10.00), and other good and
valuable considerations, have granted, bargained and sold, and do
;by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey, unto the
CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation under the laws of
the State of Florida, and its successors and assigns, the follow- 1
ing described lands, to-wit:
From the NE corner of Section 16, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East; run thence South 880 58' 4011 West
along the North line of said Section 16, 2,032.36
feet, more or less, to the corner of an existing
seawall; thence South 000 16' 1711 East along said
existing seawall a distance of 50 feet for P. O. B.;
thence South 880 58' 40" West, a distance of 604.00
feet; thence South 290 30' West, 193.4 feet; thence
South 70 West, 15 feet; thence North 880 58' 40" East,
648 feet, more or less, to a point on the mean high
water mark of Clearwater Bay; thence Northerly along
said mean high water mark to the P.O.B. Lying and
being in Section 16, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
Pinellas County, Florida.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above granted and described
premises forever.
This deed is made for the purpose of including the
section number which was omitted in Deed No. 17500, dated January
20, 1926 in favor of E. H. and M. S. Coachman and to include a
strip between present water line and the landward boundary of
the deeded parcel.
SAVING AND RESERVING unto the said Trustees of the
Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida, and their
successors, title to an undivided three-fourths of all phosphate,
!minerals and metals, and title to an undivided one-half of all
petroleum that may be in, on or under the above described land,
