THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this :(.'r)-t:;L day of

hereinafter referred to as "Owner" and
the CITY OF CLEARWATER, COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, hereinafter

WITNESSETH:
WHERE1-\.S, the City of Clearwater requires property hereinafter described as
right of way for construction and maintenance of an authorized city, county or state street
or highway and said Purchaser is required to furnish same for such purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other good and valuable
considerations, it is agreed as follows:
(a) The Owner agrees to sell and convey, by good and sufficient warranty deed,
free of liens and encumbrances, except as herein otherwise indicated, unto the City of
Clearwater, a municipal corporation, the following described land in Pinellas County,
Florida, to wit: LOT FIFTEEN (15) OF THE MARKLEY ADDITION TO CLEAR-
( r WATER, FLORIDA, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book One (1), page ninety-seven (97) of the Public Records of
Hil1sborough County, Floriaa, togetoer wito all structural improvements
situate thereon, at and tor the sum ot $33,000.00 payable as follows:
The sum of $8,250. 00 to be paid in cash upon the cOlnpletion
of this agreement between the parties thereto, representing
the earnest money payment of 25% 01 the total cash consideration
in the sum of $33,000.00; and the balance of $24, 750. 00 shall
be payable in cash on date of closing.
The Purchaser hereby further agrees to permit the Owner to
remove certain shrubbery located around the premises.
No encumbrances of record as of July 12, 1962.

(b) Purchaser shall pay said sum in cash within 30 days from date here-
of upon simultaneous delivery of such deed of conveyance; (c) All current taxes for the
year in which this Agreement is made shall be paid by the Owner, and ~~1l place
the necessary documentary tax stamps upon the deed given in pursuance of this Agreement.
