FEE SIMPLE DEED

THIS DEED made this 26th day of March, 1963, by
PINELLAS COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida, Party of the First Part, and the CITY OF CLEARWATER,
Florida, a municipal corporation, Party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First Part, for and
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
valuable consideration to it in hand paid by the Party of
the Second Part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to the Party of the Second Part,
its successors and assigns forever, the following described
land lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida:
The North 10 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block
7 of A. C. Turner's Sub. as recorded in,
Plat Book K, page 475 of the Public
Records of Hillsborough County, Florida,
of which Pinellas County was formerly a
part; and

The West 10 feet of the East 16 feet of.
Lots 1 and 4, Block ,6 of A. C. Turner's,
Sub., as recorded in Plat Book K, page
475, of the Public Records of Hillsborough
County, Florida, of which Pinellas County
was formerly a part, and the East 16 feet
of the North 15 feet of vacated street
adjoining Lot 4 on the South of said Block
and Subdivision; and the West 10 feet of
the East 16 feet of Lots 1 and 4 of H. E.
Tooke's Sub., as recorded in Plat Book 3,
page 37 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida; and the East 16 feet of
the following described property: Begin
239 feet South of SW corner of Haven and
Og,kS.t.;r::~~t,~..nmthenceSouth 105 feet;
thence West 120 feet; thence North 105
feet; thence East 120 feet to P. O. B.,
all being in Section 16, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
