consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note of even date here-
with, hereinafter described, the said Mortgagor does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the said Mortgagee, in fee simple, all the certain
tract of land, of which the said Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, and in actual

This mortgage secures four notes similar to the above, payable 1-2-3
and 4 years after date, and four similar notes payable to PEACE
MEMORIAL HOMES, INC., the total indebtedness represented by the
eight notes amounting to Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,'000.00).
Mortgagor shall have unlimited prepayment privilege on this mortgage without
penalty.
and shall perform, comply with and abide by each and every the stipulations, airee-
ments, conditions and covenants of said promissory note .and of this deed, then this
deed and the estate hereby created shall cease and be null and void.

1. To pay all and siniular the principal and interest and 'other sums of money
, payable by virtue of said promissory note and this deed, or either, promptly on the
days respectively the same severally come due.
2. To pay all and siniular the taxes, assessm,ents, levies, liabilities, obligations
and encumbrances of every nature on said described property each and every, and if
the same be not promptly paid the said Mortiaiee may at any time pay the same

PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
WHEREAS, under Trust Indenture dated July 1, 1962
and recorded October 29, 1962 in O. R. 1538 at page 86; and
Trust Indenture dated July 1, 1962 and recorded November 14,
1962 in O. R. 1550 at page 311; and Trust Indenture dated July
1, 1963 and recorded November 18, 1963 in O. R. 1804 at page
639; and Trust Indenture dated July 1, 1964 and recorded Febru-
ary 5, 1965 in O. R. 2094 at page 322, the FLORIDA PRESBYTERIAN
COLLEGE granted and conveyed unto ST. PETERSBURG BANK & TRUST
COMPANY the property described in said instruments to secure
the indebtedness described in said instruments and the property
covered by said Trust Indentures includes the property herein-
after described;
AND WHEREAS, the said FLORIDA PRESBYTERIAN COLLEGE
has requested the said ST. PETERSBURG BANK & TRUST COMPANY to
release the premises hereinafter described from the lien and
operation of said Trust Indentures.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said ST. PETERSBURG
BANK & TRUST COMPANY, a banking corporation organized and exist-
ing under the laws of the State of Florida with its principal
place of business at St. Petersburg, Florida, as well in consid-
eration of the premises as of the sum of One Dollar and other
good and valuable considerations in hand paid by the said FLORIDA
PRESBYTERIAN COLLEGE, a non-profit corporation of the State of
Florida, at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exoner-
ate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgages
unto the said FLORIDA PRESBYTERIAN COLLBGB, its successors and
assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part
of the premises conveyed by said Trust Indentures, to-wit:
AN UNDIVIDED ONE-HALF INTEREST in and to the
following described property:
Lot Five (5) of Jeffords and Smoyer's First
Addition to Clearwater, Florida, according

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE same, with the appurtenances,
unto the said FLORIDA PRESBYTERIAN COLLEGE, its successors and
assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from
the lien of said Trust Indentures, and every part thereof; Pro-
vided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall
in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incum-
brance of the aforesaid Trust Indentures on the remaining part of
said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any
of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
