WARRANTY DEED

THIS INDENTURE, made this /3- day of October, A. D. 1952, between
the Clearwater Chamber of Corrunerce, a non-profit corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the first part, and
the City of Clearwater, a municipal corporation chartered under the laws of
the State of Florida, party of the second part,
vVITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the said party of
the second part, its successors and assigns forever, the follo~~ng described
land and property situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to-mt:
That part of Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block "BIl of John R. Davey
et all resubdivision ofllEarl1, Mumford, Ross & starr's Subdivision
in Clearwater Harborll, according to the plat of said resubdivision
as recorded in plat book one (1), page eighty-seven (87), public
records of Hillsborough County, Florida, to-wit:
Beginning at the northea.st eorner of said Lot Five (5), 8...'ld running
thence west along the northern boundary of said Lot Five (5) to a
point which is eleven (11) feet two and one-eighth (2-1/8) inches
west of the northeast corner of said Lot Five (5), for a point of
beginning, thence west along the northern boundary of said Lot Fi va
(5) and Six (6) to a point which is five (5) feet eight and one-
eighth (8-1/8) inches west of the northwest corner of said Lot
Five (5), thence southerly to a point in the south boundary of said
Lot Six (6) which point is eight (8) feet eight (8) inches west of
the southwest corner of said Lot Five (5), thence run east along the
south boundary of said Lot Six (6) and said Lot Five (5) ,to a point
in the south boundary of said Lot Five (5), which point is fourteen
(14) feet two inches (2") west of the southeast corner of said Lot
Five (5), thence northerly to a point of beginning.
This is a deed of correction to correct the description in that certain
deed between the parties hereto, recorded December 14, 1934, as Instru-
ment No. 493110 in Deed Book 710, Page 53, of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida.
Grantors also convey the fixtures, grill and marble work, vault and
vault doors, but not the burglar al~:nn, now situated on the above described.
property.
This conveyance is made subject to all outstanding state, COl.Ulty and
city taxes against the above described property.
This conveyance is made subject to the covenants running with the land
in connection with party walls as contained in that certain deed executed by

in Deed Book 709, page 237, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida,
and also that certain deed made by W. H. ~'lolfe et ux, to Hendrix and Company,
