cords, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, which
point is approximate1y 2650 feet West and 1.380 feet South of
the Northeast Corner of Section 16, Township 29 South, Range
15 East, and run thence West along the Southerly line of said
Block A, 9.37 feet, more or less, to a point on the concrete
seawaJl; thence North 30 33' East along said wall 130.47
feet for Point of Beginning; thence North 30 3.3' East 80
feet; thence West .500 feet; thence South 30 33' West, 80
feet; thence East 500 ~eet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 0.92 acres, more or less, and lying and being
in Section 16, Township 29 South, Range 1.5 East, Pinellas
County, State of Florida.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, anything herein to the contrary notwith-
standing, this deed is given and granted upon the express
condition subsequent that the Grantee herein or its successors
