This AMENDNlENT to #hat certain CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY BY
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER ("Amendment"), is made and ent�red inta this � day af October,
2011, by and between COURT STREET ENTERPRISES, INC., a Flvrida corporation, having its
principal place af business at 8 Cambria Street, Suite 303, Clearwater, F'L 33767, as ta 2/3rds
ownership and JOSEPH J. HIRSCH�ELD, AS TRUSTEE, as to 1/3rd ownership, whose address is
7105 Pelican Drive, Tampa, FL 33634 (herein "Seller") and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLQRIDA, a
Florida municipality, 112 South Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33'156 (herein "Buyer" ar "City"),
(collectively "P�rties").
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Parties have heretofore entered into the Agreement for the sale and purchase
of real property as described th�rein, having been previously amended twice, thereby extending the
Buyer Right of Inspection Period to October 29, 2011 and Closing Date to November 8, 2p11; and
WHEREAS, the Parties agree that enviranmental conditions revealed during the Buyer's Right of
Inspection Period will result in unforeseen costs to the Buyer following Buyer's purchase of the
Property; and
WHEREAS, based on environmental conditions revealed in the caurse of Buyer's Inspection, the
Parties wish to amend the contract purchase price; and
N�W THEREFORE, in consideratian af the foregoing and the mutual covenants contained
hereinafter, 1T IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
1. RECITALS. The foregaing recitals are true and carrect and arE incorporated herein by
referenc�.
2. FULL PURCHASE PRICE. Paragraph 2 is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as
follaws.

3. MANNER OF PAYMENT. Paragraph 3 is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as
follows.
"MA{VNER OF PAYMENT: Wire transfer in U. S. finds at time of

4. A!I terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect unless expressly
amended herein.
