RESOLUTION
At a regular monthly business meeting of' the Calvary Baptist Church of
Clearwater, Florida, called and held at said Church on the 12th day of
December, 1951, the following resolution was unanimously adopted, to-wit:
RESOLVED, That this Church exchange that certain parcel of land herein-
after described for a parcel of land now owned by the City of Clearwater,
Florida, a municipal corporation, also hereinafter described, and that the

Board of Trustees of the Calvary Baptist Church of Clearwater, Florida, be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver to said
City of Clearwater, Florida, a deed conveying property owned by this Church,
lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida, known and described as follows:
Begin at the Northeast Corner of Block A of J. R. Davey
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 87 of the
Public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of Which
Pinellas County formerly was a part and run thence West
along the North line of said Block A, 354.40 feet for
P.O.B., thence west along the Easterly line of said Block
A, 10 feet more or less, thence South 8026'30" West 116.72
feet, thence East 96 feet more or less, thence North 174.82
feet to P.O.B.

Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas

line of said Block A, 56 feet, thence West 195 feet, thence

now existing church building.
(3) To bear the cost of moving the horseshoe buildlng now situated and
