RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEAR':''I'ER AUTHORIZING
THE ACC;UISITION BY EMINENT DOMAIN OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN'THE CITY OF
CLEAR'''ATER FOR ALLEY OR STREET PURPOSES.
WHEREAS the Ci ty Counc~l of the City of Cleari\'ater deem it
advisable, necessary, expedient and to the best interest of said city

acquired for alley or street purposes, and
WHEREAS said property is bounded on the West by Osceola
Avenue and on the East by the end of an al~ey, and is situated within
the territorial limits of the City of Clearwater, and
WHEREAS the Council deem it necessary, expedient and to the
best interest of said City that said alley lying East of said prcperty
be extended across said property to connect with Osceol::" Avenue, and
WHEREAS the City Council has been unable to arrive at .. satis-
factory terms of purchase for said easement over said property from the
owner George F. Washburn, and it is necessary to acquire the ,same by

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED oy the City Council of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, that a~x~etual easement for street and alley pur-
poses, with the right of using said pro:r.;erty for the purpose of laying
pipes, sewers, wire and conduits underground, and for drainage purposes,
be acquired by eminent domain, to-wit:
The North Ten (10) feet of Lots One (1) and
Two (2), Block Three (3) Earle and Tate's Sub-
division.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney of the City of
Clearwater be, and be is hereby requested to forthwith institute condem-
nation proceedings in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida,
against George F. Washburn, and all other persolll who may be necessary
parties to said suit, fcr the acquisition of an easement over said pro-
