PROMISSORY NOTE

March 15, 1945
FOR VALUE RECEIVED I hereby promise to pay to the order of
E. H. COACHMAN the principal sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
at Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, said sum to be paid as
follows:
16,000.00 on or before one year from date;
5,000.00 on or before two years from date;
16.000.00 on or before three years from date;
5,000.00 on or before four years from date; and
5,000.00 on or before five years from date.
In addition to the principal payments as above outlined,
interest shall be charged at the rate of four per cent
per annum, payable semi-annually, on the principal bal-
ance remaining from time to time unpaid.
If any of the said sums of money herein referred to be not
promptly and fully paid within thirty (30) days next after the same
severally become due and payable, the entire unpaid balance then due
on this note shall become due and payable forthwith or thereafter at
the option of the payee, his heirs or assigns, as fully and completely
as if the said aggregate sum of $25,000.00 was originally stipulated
to be paid on such day, anything in this note to the contrary not-
withstanding.
Now should it become neoessary to collect this note through
an attQrney, either of us, whether maker, security or endorser on
this-- notehf.t~eo1 agrees to pay all costs of such collection, including
a~c~r!_~onab"1-El:_~~}t.grney' s fee.
