WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollars, in hand paid by the said part y of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby ad:nowledged, hath remised, released and
quitclaimed, and by these presents doth remise, release and quitclaim unto the
said part V of the second part, and . his heirs and assigns forever, all
the right, title, interest, claim and demand which tl"le said party of the first part
hath in and to t he following described lot ,piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, co wit:

J. J. Eldridge, according to plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 1, page &5, Public Records of Hillsborough
County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly
a part.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate,
right, title, interest and claim what soever of the said party of the fir st part, either
in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said part y
of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.

presents to be executed in its name by its City Manager, City Clerk, countersiir71~d
