A t the request of Fenton Jones, the attorney for the buyer in this
transaction, I am enclosing the original of a quit claim deed from the City
of Clearwater to the Bleakleys. The execution of the quit claim deed was
authorized by the Clearwater City Commission on July 7, 1988, during
their regular meeting.

QUITCLAIM DEED

THIS INDENTURE, made th1s 0{ day of '---1-^-"-<- A.D.
1988, between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a ~nici~a1 corp-
oration, party of the first part, and DONALD E. BLEAKLEY and MARY
FAYNE BLEAKLEY, his wife, County of Pine11as and State of Florida,
parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, in hand paid by the
said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hath remised, released and quitclaimed, and by these
presents doth remise, release and quitclaim unto the said parties
of the second part, and their heirs and assigns forever, all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said party of
the first part hath in and to the following described lot, piece
or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of
Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
Begin at a point 10 feet EAst of the Southwest
corner of Lot 12 of Palm Bluff Subdivision ac-
cording to map or plat recorded in Plat Book
5, Page 14 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida; run thence northerly on a line
parallel to and 10 feet East of the West line
of said Lot 12 a distance of 123.4 feet, more
or less, to a point on the North line of Lot
12, said point being 10 feet East of the North-
west corner of said Lot 12; run thence West
along the North line of said Lot 12 a distance
of 10 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 12;
thence South on the West line of Lot 12 a dis-
tance of 23.4 feet, more or less; thence West
a distance of 10 feet; thence southerly on a
line parallel to and 10 feet West of the East
lines of Lots 11 and 10 in said Palm Bluff
Subdivision a distance of 100 feet, more or
less, to a point on the South line of Lot 10,
being 10 feet West of the Southwest corner of
Lot 12 aforesaid; thence East on the South
lines of Lots 10 and 12 aforesaid a distance
of 20 feet to the point of beginning.
The above being the same as that described in
instrument entitled "Dedication" recorded in
Deed Book 692, page 203, of the public records
of Pinellas County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and
claim whatsoever of the said party of the first part, either in
law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the
said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has
caused these presents to be executed in its name by its City
