Authority to Homeless Emergency Project, Inc. regarding the subject
property.
I am also delivering to you the original Quit Claim Deed from the
City to the Housing Authority. To properly establish HEP's
ownership, please record both deeds on the public records, being
certain that the deed from the City to the Housing Authority is
recorded first. When the recorded documents are returned to you, I
would appreciate a copy of each.
As you know, the property is boarded. There is lots of work to be
done. I hope the little house will serve your clients well after
