Dear Sir:
In accordance with your request the undersigned has examined
Abstract No. 5743, prepared by Pinellas County Title Company and last
certified to date of March 30, 1964, containing 45 pages.
Subject to persons in adverse pos ses sion, reservations and
restrictions of record, any statement of facts which a competent survey
would reveal and the zoning laws of the City of Clearwater, it appears
that the marketable title is vested in ETTIE RIPPINGALE, a widow.
A Warranty Deed, properly executed by Ettie Rippingale, a widow,
to the City of Clearwater would pass title subject to the foregoing
exceptions and objections.
