The City of Clearwater hereby confirms the offer of $3,500 made to you
in behalf of the Owners, Frank Eldridge, a single woman; Frank Eldridge,
Executrix of the Estate of Thelma E. Keith; Wilma E. Ensign and James
Lee Ensign, her husband, being all of the heirs at law of J. E. Eldridge,
Deceased; the said offer representing full consideration fu r the purchase
of a tract of land required by the City for right of way purposes, Con-
taining 2, 166 square feet, particularly described in the Survey by
Rompon and AssOciates dated October 18, 1962, copies of which have
been delivered to you.

This Consideration also covers the cost to the Owners of relocating one
(1) rental residence located at 1015 North Railroad Avenue, Clearwater.
The offer made to you in behalf of the Owners is Subject to the follOwing conditions:
1, That the total compensation for the land taken
and other damages is $1,000
2. That the total compensation for relocation
is
3. That the Owners will assume the full responsibility for, and the
entire cost of, relocating the single residence hereinbefore referred to;
that the electrical wiring and plumbing and the structure otherwise will be
brought to Code requirements; and, that the relocation of the said structure
will be completed on or before 90 days from date of settlement of this
transaction. In this connection the customary seWer tap and water meter
charges will be waived.

4. The City, as Purchasers, will pay the aforesaid total Com-
pensation on or before 60 days from date hereof upon delivery to the City
of a Warranty Deed and Affidavit of No Liens properly executed by the
Owners; commitment for title insurance in the principal sum of $1, 000;
and upon the payment for the documentary stamp tax required on the
Warranty Deed. The Owners will pay all real estate taxes for the year
1964; and will be required to furnish evidence that the relocation of
said structure has been performed to the satisfaction of the City.
You are hereby requested to sign the original and duplicate of this letter
signifying your acceptance of the offer; and your agreement to perform
all of the conditions hereinbefore set forth.
